Can I transfer my subscription to another account or user?

The one year subscription has the option of a one time only transfer. Requests for such transfers can be made through the Help Desk where staff will verify that you wish this one time transfer to proceed. Please be advised that once your subscription has been transferred the process cannot be reversed and the subscription cannot be subjected to any further transfers. Please make certain that your choice is final before making such a request.

When contacting the Help Desk with your transfer request please be sure to provide your order id#.

If you're not sure of your order id #, you can locate it by going to the messages section of your message centre. Once there on the right hand side you will want to click on the link entitled 'View My Account', to go to your Account Order Details page. On this page you wll be able to locate your order history.

If your subscription was a gift subscription and you are unsure of the order id# associated with the subscription you can instead provide the username of the user who purchased the gift subscription.

If you have made an error during the purchase of a one year subscription please make a refund request within 72 hours. Do not use the transfer option in an attempt to rectify your mistake.

Requests must come from the account the subscription is under. There will be no exceptions.

One month and three month subscriptions do not have the option of being transferred due to their short duration. There will be no exceptions.

Please note before submitting your inquiry that subscription transfer requests are for the full amount of time left only and cannot be transfered in partial amounts to other accounts.

Please be advised that transfer requests may take between 5-7 days to be completed once we have collected all information from you that is needed to process your request.
