Can I use the deviantART emoticons on my website?
deviantART's emoticons were created by the members of deviantART and are used with their permission. You must ask each of those emoticon creators individually if you may have permission to use their work at another website.
Information on each of the emoticons and their individual creators may be found on the emoticons page, if you set the sort order to "Creator".
