I can't log in to use the Community Help Desk, is there an email?
If you're unable to login to the website for any reason, you may feel free to email us at help@deviantart.com.
Please be advised that emails are handled Monday through Fridayonly, as the Help Desk is closed Saturday and Sunday. Due to the normally low amounts of emailed based tickets(help@ and violations@) ones email over the weekend will normally be reviewed and handled at the start of the week in a timely manner.
If you have a Policy related matter and are unable to login to the site to use the Community Help Desk, please email the Copyright & Etiquette Administration at violations@deviantart.com.
