I can't log in to use the Community Help Desk, is there an email?
If you're unable to login to the website for any reason, you may feel free to email us at help@deviantart.com.
Please be advised that emails are handled Monday through Fridayonly, as the Help Desk is closed Saturday and Sunday. If you have a matter of great importance during closure times it will still be handled as we check the help email regularly.
If you have a Policy related matter and are unable to login to the site to use the Community Help Desk, please email the C&E Team at violations@deviantart.com.
