What is the "Give" button on profile pages for?

The 'Give' button on any deviant's profile page can be used by other deviants to give the particular deviant a premium membership, Points, Llama and Cake badges as well as deviantART muro brush packs as gifts. A deviant's wishlist can also be accessed through it.
