I see one of my issues listed in the Status Forum, but I do not see 'all' of my issues listed. What do I do?
During a major site issue or issues the Help Desk can receive up to several hundred reports in a short period of time. We try our best during this time to gather all issues being reported however, sometimes tickets are coming in so fast that we need to go through tickets in batches. We do try our best to individually answer tickets that contain additional issues other than the main issue at hand to make sure all problems are addressed appropriately.
If you check the Status Forum and only part of the issue you reported is listed we ask that you hold off on sending any additional tickets on the other issues. You are more than welcome to reply back to your original ticket about any issues you have mentioned that were unaddressed.
