Where is the Shoutbox?
As of March 7, 2013, the Shoutbox feature has been retired from deviantART. We are focusing on simplifying and consolidating deviantART's interface and features, looking at new ways to empower artists and appreciators and to further enable the sharing and discovery of artistic content on the web.
The Shoutbox profile widget will remain available to Premium Members.
