What are the return and exchange policies for deviantART T-Shirts & Gear merchandise?
DeviantART wants you to be deviously delighted with your order! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date or six weeks from the ship date (whichever is sooner) to request an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping charges, but we’ll do everything we can to make the rest of your transaction go smoothly! All items must be returned in new/original condition. Buyers who request exchanges pay return shipping, but deviantART will happily send your new item free of charge.
In the event of an exchange, please return your merchandise with a note containing your order number, and please specify what different size and/or design you would like to receive in place of your return. Your order number can be found in the receipt mailed with your order or in your confirmation email.
