What happens if my order does not arrive or arrives damaged?
If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks in the United States or 6 weeks for destinations outside of the United States, please contact Customer Care via Help Desk Contact Form. Orders that are missing or damaged on arrival must be reported within 60 days of the original order date.
Damages: DeviantART wants you to be deviously delighted with your order! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to defective merchandise, please take digital photos of the issue and the packing slip. Send the photos to Customer Care and describe the damage with as much detail as possible. This information will allow our Customer Care team to determine the best way to replace or refund your original order.
Non-Arrival: If you live in the United States and your order has not arrived within two weeks, please report the issue immediately to Customer Care. If you live outside of the USA and your order has not arrived within six weeks, please contact Customer Care.
We will investigate the shipment and attempt to locate the package. If the carrier cannot find the package in transit, we will ship a replacement order immediately.
It is necessary that deviantART’s Customer Care team collect as much information as possible to help resolve your issue and ensure that you walk away happy.
