What are the rules for the use of music and sound effects in a Flash animation?

As our policies forbid the use of third party writings and visual artworks we also do not allow Flash artists to use third party music tracks or sound effects without a legal license to do so.

This means that you cannot use tracks from your favorite album in your Flash animation submission, nor may you sample sounds from your favorite movie or TV series for use.

Use of copyrighted musical tracks, sound effects or other audio material can and will result in the removal of your Flash animation just as the use of copyrighted visual artworks in a wallpaper would result in the removal of that submission.
