Are there any rules for the Help Desk?
Flooding: At no time may you flood the desk , if you have a concern or would like to see something added to deviantART, is not needed to flood us with this request via copy paste messages. Only one inquiry is necessary any further can cause delayed response times for all other tickets within the Help Desk. This also includes encouraging others to all mass flood the HD on your behalf.
Members found flooding or organizing Help Desk floods will face administrative action, and possibly even a ban on your account, the same applies for every user that takes part in such flood.
Abusive: At no time may you be abusive with the Help Desk Staff, if you're found abusing Help Staff in your inquiries, you will face administrative action, and possibly even a ban on your account as well as from the Help Desk.
