I lost my password and forgot to update the email address you have on file, or it is no longer valid. What can I do?
If you have lost your password and have forgotten to update your email address or it is no longer valid, please click on the "Forgot Password or Username?" button found in the Deviant Login Menu. From there you'll be asked to provide your username and click Recover Password. Upon selecting this you will have the option to click "I don't have access to this email address" and you'll need to provide the information requested to file a Help Desk ticket for further assistance.
Please note the following;
1.) Should you find yourself in this situation, please do not create a new account to contact the Help Desk on site, please use the form only, as we cannot and do not delete accounts. That being said we would be unable to remove any new accounts you create once they are no longer desired.
2.) If you cannot recall the email address you used when you signed up for the account, we will not be able to assist you as this information is a required part of the recovery process.
Due to the high volume of account recovery tickets there can be up to a 60 day response delay. Note that submitting multiple tickets on your situation will further increase delays
