What is the difference between a Standard print account and Premium Subscription Print Account?
Standard and Premium are essentially the same, except that Premium Subscription Print Accounts have some added features and benefits. These include, but are not limited to:
Ability for artists to change the default retail sales price.
50% artist share of revenues after the base price is subtracted from the retail sales price.
Ability for artists to purchase their own products at the base price.
Priority in the quality control and print approval queue.
Additional payment options.
Access to our FTP server to help aide in the submission of your images.
Other advantages and benefits to be announced in the future.
The following restrictions apply to Standard Print Accounts:
Artists cannot edit the prices of their prints. Prices are automatically set by the system to the normal recommended pricing schedule.
Prints are not reviewed by Quality Control until a purchase attempt has been made or upgrading to a Premium Subscription Print Account. If the print should fail inspection, the buyer will be notified and the transaction will not be completed.
Artists may choose only to receive their profits via PayPal and deviantDOLLARS.
Artists only have the option of uploading their prints using normal browser upload with a 32mb file size limit per upload.
