Why does my print not display the preview image I have specified in my submission?
This is most likely because the source image you had selected as your Primary Print Preview Image for this print was either corrupted or could not be processed by our system. When this happens, the reviewing Quality Control Technician will select a different source to act as the primary Shop preview to prevent your print from displaying the Poetry & Prose default preview or no image at all. You may select a different Primary Print Preview Image any time by simply editing your print.
