Are there any limitations on file upload and the storage of print files?
Yes.
Files submitted for prints through normal browser upload can be no larger than 60mb in file size.
Your File Deck space is limited to 250mb in total and every midnight (Pacific Standard Time), any files older than 7 days will be automatically deleted. Please be sure to save copies of the files you upload to prints on your computer or a backup hard drive.
Premium Subscription Print Account holders may use our FTP upload option to upload prints as large as 80mb in file size. Standard users do not have access to this option. Please also note that our prints FTP upload server is only temporary storage. Every midnight (Pacific Standard Time), any files older than 7 days will be automatically deleted.
