How come things are not better tested before they are released?
We do our absolute best to make sure features are working correctly before releasing them to the community. Often times major changes are released to Beta Testers to ensure that we eliminate as many of the bugs and kinks as possible. Unfortunately sometimes we cannot predict how these features will fully operate under the stress of the entire community. You can always help us out by submitting a detailed report to the Help Desk when you encounter a problem.
Also keep in mind we are constantly looking into new and better ways to stress test features before they are launched so as time goes on the severity of the types of issues should diminish.
