How come things are not better tested before they are released?

We do our absolute best to make sure features are working correctly before releasing them to the community. Unfortunately sometimes we cannot predict how they will fully operate under the stress of a few million of you giving them a run through. You can always help us out by making sure to submit as detailed of reports as possible to the Help Desk when you encounter a problem.

Also keep in mind we are constantly looking into new and better ways to stress test features before they are launched so as time goes on you will see this issue less and less.
