Why do you put out new features when things are broken?

Please keep in mind that we have more than one team working on the tech side of things here and some are assigned to bug fixes while others are assigned to developing new features, the bulk of which have originated from within the community. And besides, if we put ALL of our IT guys onto the same bug issue it would just make the process lengthier. The phrase “too many cooks in the kitchen” comes to mind.
