Yes. Since the Help Desk is setup to send responses to you via your 'Message Centre' you should contact us by e-mail instead if you're having any trouble receiving messages to your 'Message Centre'. We can be reached by email @ help@deviantart.com, if the response you seek is policy related please send an e-mail to violations@deviantart.com.
