I am unable to receive or see messages at this time in my "Message Centre". Does this also mean I cannot receive or see Help Desk responses?

Yes. Since the Help Desk is setup to send responses to you via your 'Message Centre' you should contact us by e-mail instead. Before contacting us via email you can try correcting your 'Message Centre' issue by clearing your Cache and make sure that your JavaScript is enabled and up to date.
