I received a Premium Membership but did not receive notification of who it was from. Why?
There can be a few causes for this.
In the case with free week trial Premium Memberships you will be notified through the site before it is applied to your account only.
You will not be notified via email when you receive a Premium Membership through a deviantART contest. So be sure to check contests you have entered for updates on your winning status. However this does not apply if the contest was user run and the Premium Membership needs to be purchased, in this case you will be notified via email.
You must have an up to date email address to receive confirmations. Or an email address which can receive emails from deviantART.
We cannot re-send confirmation emails since they're auto generated by the server at the time of purchase.
