I placed an order with adCast but never received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

adCast confirmation e-mails are sent to the email address attached to the deviantART account you used to purchase your adCast subscription. Please double-check that account if you still have access to it. There is also a possibility that because it is an automatically generated e-mail, your junk mail filter may have caught it and classified the confirmation e-mail as junk/spam.

If you cannot access your email account or have lost your confirmation e-mail, please e-mail ads@deviantart.com and someone will get back to you shortly. Please reference your user name and order number if available.
