I am not happy with my AdCast order. What are the AdCast refund policies?
AdCast refuses to run my campaign because it links to an outside site. Am I eligible for a refund?
AdCast reviews links to outside sites on a case-by-case basis. If it is found that your site is a commercial site or that you use a distribution service other than deviantART for your art, then we reserve the right to refer you to our commercial advertising department.
If your campaign is denied on those grounds, then you will be asked to supply a link to your own deviantART user page or some other non-commercial outside site. If your creative remains un-approved in our system for an extended length of time, your purchase will be automatically refunded to your credit card or PayPal account.
I am not happy with my AdCast campaign because no one purchased my prints. Am I eligible for a refund?
If you received AdCast service and received the guaranteed clicks, then you are not eligible for a refund because your subscription completed successfully.
If you wish to contest that you did not receive your AdCast guaranteed clicks, please e-mail your AdCast support representative and request a review. We keep AdCast records for 60 days from the effective start date of your AdCast campaign. If the review is found in your favor, you can either choose to re-instate your original AdCast subscription or get a refund.
I am not happy with my AdCast campaign because my AdCast campaign has not started and no one is responding to my inquiries. Am I eligible for a refund?
There is a possibility that your junk mail filter may have caught your confirmation e-mail and classified it as junk/spam. If you want to follow up on the status of your campaign, please e-mail adcast@deviantart.com or your AdCast support representative and someone will get back to you shortly to resolve your dispute. Please reference your user name and order number if available.
Please also be advised that emails are not handled during the weekends or on holidays.
