My film won't load. What's the problem?

Make sure that the file you are trying to upload is an accepted format for film. Example- .mov, .mp4 and .avi files are fine. You cannot upload a flash movie to the film gallery. You must convert it to a usable format or submit it to the flash gallery.

To convert the flash file, use a tool (like swf2avi) to convert the animation to .avi and then upload. You can convert only movies that are completely animated, no AS commands will work.

Also, make sure that your film’s runtime is a minimum of 10 seconds and does not exceed 20 minutes or 200mb. If so, you will need to cut the film or split it into 2 parts.
