I have often heard the Help Desk & FAQ has several access points. Where are they located?

This is correct, you can access both the Help Desk & FAQ several ways.

1.) Located in the footer of most deviantART pages is a link entitled Help & FAQ

2.) Located on your userpage is a series of links located next to your stats, hovering over these links will reveal a link to the Help & FAQ

3.) Clicking on the deviantART logo next to your username will expand a menu with a link to the Help & FAQ, along with other helpful links

4.) Located on the right hand side of the deviantART homepage is a link to the Help & FAQ

5.) At the bottom of most deviantART pages will be a link entitled 'Contact Us'. Clicking this link will bring you to the contact page with several helpful methods of contact listed

6.) At the bottom of FAQ entries is a link to the Help Desk contact page
