Who processes and ships the prints orders?

Our printing lab processes and ships all deviantART Prints product orders received from the deviantART Prints Shop and artist stores.

In addition, if there are any problems with the order, the customer, deviantART site member or not, may contact us for help via our Help Desk contact form.
